For two decades, Omer has delivered exceptional results in the commercial real estate field, including work in investment, sales, leasing, acquisition, and mortgage banking, both in the U.S. and abroad. Throughout his career, he has originated many millions of dollars’ worth of residential and commercial mortgages, and has advised on and traded more than a billion dollars’ worth of real properties.
As principal director of Salem Advisory, LLC, Omer provides a full range of services to real estate occupiers, owners, and investors. Previously, he founded and led three successful enterprises: a mortgage banking firm, which he grew to eight figures in annual revenues; an appraisal and real estate advisory company (operated primarily in California and Egypt), which leased more than 1 million square feet to a number of the world’s largest and most prestigious multinational corporations; and an advisory firm based in San Francisco that handled acquisitions, repositions and leasing.
Omer is a licensed real estate broker in New York and Connecticut. He holds a BS in Engineering from the University of California and an MA in religion from Yale University. He is the author of three books on peace-building and peace-making between people of different cultures and religions.
